Is there a safe way to convert Ford’s 4x108 bolt pattern to 4x100, which has about three million more aftermarket wheel options?

The easiest is an adapter, they bolt onto the factory studs and have their own studs to mount to the wheels. https://billetwheeladapters.com/wheel-adapters/4-lug-wheel-adapters/4x108-to-4x100-wheel-adapters.html
You could also swap out the wheel hubs, but the adapters should work fine as long as everything is torqued to spec and your wheels have an appropriate offset to still fit.

Whatever, 4x114 is clearly the best four lug size!

Adapters, hub centric is a serious plus, but they won’t be a problem if they are torqued and checked properly.
I’ve run 1.5" spacers for over a year with no issue.(spacers being the same as an adapter just without a bolt pattern change)

Is there a brand or seller you recommend?

I bought China Spec, ebay hub centric spacers soooo I’m not the best to ask about that.
This site will help visualize against stock, what your offset will be once you factor in the adapter.
